Very very quick. But to answer your question Yes. I pray multiple Rosary a day, spend time infront of the Blessed Sacrament in Adoration and attending Mass. Since I started SR.

Catholics glorify SR so we have a lot of stuff about it and how you benefit from it.

SR grows us in the Virtue of Chastity which is opposed to one of the Beast Sins of Lust. Animals specifically Apes don't control their Lust they act on it when they have the urge. Humans have Reason and Will so we are called to resist the Beast Sins that make us like Animals.
