Some elements of society have this weird fantasy where kids are easy to influence. I mean, families, parents, school and the government are constantly doing their best to try and shape the mind and morals of children, and they have moderate success at best. But adults casually talking to minors over the internet, way too dangerous. They're turning all the kids into degenerates.
