Before this I was in denial. Now I'm concerned. At best this open area may feel tacked on, at worst it will completely ruin the game's pacing. The fact that they just shoved the trailer in the middle of the direct with zero commentary or even notice at all speaks to how little Nintendo care. The DLC stuff got more attention than what should be their big holiday release.
