A question: do you think this model they are trying, doing away the gacha, letting everything be farmable and captalizing on skins instead will work?
I like Warframe, but it feels like it works for Warframe because it already has a colossal playerbase so there is a paying minority sustaining it. They built it over the years.
But I'm not so sure a newcomer game could thrive under the same circumstances.
I'm liking what I'm seeing of DNA so far but that makes me wonder if it can work.

how hyped are you?

Old Peace made me hyped as I haven't been in months. It isn't even here but my lore addiction is running theories in full power, my obsession has already recolored my Umbra into a Faux Prime and I'm having fun building a Nikana Prime and Daikyu Prime to emulate the demo.
I loved 1999 but it was more like it scratched this retro feel, but the reason I started Warframe was because of the mix of all the sci-fi tropes it had and it feels like it's going back to what I wanted and buried deep down.
