Apperance wise i think light skinned and light colored hair, probably short. Might dye her hair or have tattoos or just overall be very unique looking, her own style so to speak. Personality wise, I am not.going to sugarcoating coat it, she is something of a brat. Likes to have final words on things and is very much opiniated. Again this could be due to age or with Judment (R) it could be that she is part of a "group philosophy " where she tries to set her whole personality around. Think feminism or even new age stuff.
