I did spend hours a day of my life, especially younger, simply wandering around my house imagining random scenarios in my head or lying in bed staring at the ceiling and doing the same, basically nothing. I was gonna say maybe just game but even then I usually force myself to game for Steam achievements I think someone is going to find impressive., or watch Netflix shows because I think someone might ask me about it later. Truthfully idk what I'd do

Sort of. My father seemed to hate me for literally anything I did good or bad, or at best had a muted response to my successes. My mother had weird narc-y behavior where she'd press me to change things but then do a 180 after I listened to her, eg harassing me for years to try/retry higher education then trying to gaslight me later that she never did.
I forgot to mention I actually did have one small success with Wellbutrin where for maybe 2 weeks I could function somewhat normally but it disappeared.
