when you actually get good you realize all roads are built to have cars driven on them and follow logical progressions based on the terrain thus making it possible to predict the path of the road around a corner with nearly perfect accuracy. my first run of anything, before i know what i'm doing is always the most fun, because it's just pure prediction without any other thoughts.
in a game you're not going to suddenly come upon a log or a massive jump out of nowhere, you either get the continuation of road you thought was there or you misobserved it and judged the corner wrong.
what you think is exciting is not to me because i'm a significantly more experienced driver than you, i've been where you are now and i evolved beyond it. i see the limitations inherent in the rally game genre and i shan't tarnish my skill with low-level shovelware tripe. i'm telling you to surpass your limits.
