This recent south park shit has really got me thinking about how normalfags operate in day to day life? Its actually pathetically sad that normalfags still watch this shit. South park hasn't been entertaining for more than a decade at this point and yet its still being made and normalfags watch it. Why? Why do they still watch this shit so far past its prime?

Its not just south park though. Its always sunny in Philadelphia, the simpsons and I'm sure there are hundreds of other examples. It doesn't just pertain to tv and movie though. I mean you have video game franchises like GTA or far cry where no matter how shit it becomes, a certain normlafag subset of the population will continue to consume it regardless. Even worse, they will pretend that its better than ever and always great and amazing.

Are they trying to re-capture their youth? Is it some kind of brand loyalty thing where they have to convince themselves its still good. Its always sunny is especially egregious. The show has done a complete 180 from the earlier seasons that originally created its buzz and following. Help me understand.
