She's, like, the second worst character in both games. Not as bad as Chara, who was completely pointless and made the game worse with his inclusion, but she is the worst part of Deltarune. It would've been better if she died instead of the good sister. She's a fucking disappointment, a complete disgrace to her family.

Noelle is likely to return to party at some point, every new item has her reaction written, there are also lines for Swatch cafe, suggesting she's going to visit Negrotown at some point. I don't think anyone else will join the party outside of ACTs.
