Big Shot has so much going for it. The use of the audio lines, the way it knows you're expecting "Now's your chance to be a big shot" and has the audio get cut up in the build up to add to the build up. All the relevant motif use (yeah, not a criticism faggot). Hearing the Freedom Motif IS cool, especially since it wasn't known as that at the time and it was mainly referencing that this was the next optional boss fight after Jevil. Putting in a new Spamton line that's pretty hard to hear in the music to spike your interest as to what he's saying exactly.

Black Knife has... a lot of edgy music and that's it really. I guess it's kind of neat that hardest boss in the game so far would use what was basically the opening tutorial for dodging attacks as it's main motif though.

Fighting against a prophecy that we are an explicit center of. We're literally the Angel and we are told from the outset that our future is to be banished in some way. If we stop playing the prophecy is broken but only because everyone is dead. Susie seems to be the only one with any actual role in the story in terms of trying to break the prophecy. Ralsei doesn't believe it can be done and Kris is actively working with the enemy, all the while the Player is doing literally nothing unless you do Snowgrave.
We're just along for the ride and I would be severely disappointed if the scope of attention doesn't shift back to us considering we're the main character

Getting banished isn't explicitly a bad thing (once banished, we will meet with "our desire"), just part of the story. I think the player will definitely be more important later on as a facilitator of events or something, after we kill the Titan Susie specifically takes note of Kris' soul / us. Personally given how common the motif of "creating a new future" repeats in relation to the soul I don't think Susie is going to be able to do it without our help
