How retarded would it be to job hop again? I'm getting paid really well especially for my age (apparently I'm just really good at what I do according to everyone), but I recently found out I have basically zero prospects of doing a career climb in my current job. They're even so retarded as to hire external people for those higher positions
My current plan is to work a little bit more but already start looking around. Or is this dumb?
