Is there a world where scouts/snipers actually sit and snipe stuff from afar or is that idea dead and gone utterly?
I've been trying to use my snipers as well... Snipers,

I realize I am meant to throw them away as a cheap trading piece, or move block or something, but it just seems wrong as an Eldar.
