Personally I'd rather have the traits be entirely randomized with a random number (as the Anakim but more serious) rather than have the location of the traits be randomized, as this also opens up more freedom for mechanical-only traits as well as traits not specific to one location, but I just decided to make this table to contribute to the thread
Horns (1d4)
1: 2 ram horns
2: 2 bull horns
3: 2 short round bumps of bone, partially covered in skin
4: 1 long mostly straight horn and 1 short curved horn with a blunt end
Tail (1d10)
1: A snake-like tail covered in scales regardless of your skin, with a club in the shape of a nonfunctioning snake head at the end
2: A vestigial tail similar to that of a fetus
3: A wide, flat, beaver-like tail
4: A tail with a nonfunctional stinger
5-7: A tail which forks into 2 prongs at the end
8-10: A tail with a spade at the end
Hair
1: Bald
2: No change
3: Instead of hair, your scalp produces gray ash
4: Your hair is black, straight, and wiry, similar to boar bristles
5: Instead of hair, your head grows sinew
6: Your hair chars in sunlight, although the portion closest to your head is unaffected.
7: Random portions of your hair appear bloodstained and cannot be washed
8: Your hair stands on end in the presence of divine magic, and painfully adheres to any individual or object bearing it.
Skin
1: Your skin is covered with blisters filled with green fluid that smells like ammonia
2: Your epidermis flakes off in large patches at a time
3: Silver and cold iron bruise your skin on contact
4: Your skin appears like that of a recent corpse, and is cold
5: Your skin is transparent
6: Your skin is covered in large black patches with a red boundary
7: Your skin is thick, rough, and pitted like basalt
8: Your skin emits a shower of sparks when struck, and a small flame if pierced
9: Your skin is incredibly wrinkled, having twice the surface area as a human of your volume.
10: Your skin is made of yellow keratin plates
