Hi, sorry it took so long to write this promised reply, I got sidetracked, both on things completely unrelated as well as doing some reaserch as to make sure this post is extra accurate. It’s not the easiest thing in the world to write posts like these, since I struggle to understand how an inteligent man with modern tools still refuses to hear the good news. What would you consider credible evidence? I mean the tomb was empty…

This is obviously true, and very self-evident. This is not something anyone, other than Christ’s enemies, would have made up. The entire point of Mark’s gospel is that nobody understand why it must happen, until it happens. Even Saint Paul, to whom Jesus appeared, is astonished by Christ’s sacrifice as of the time of his epistles. But, apparantly you need sources, so: literally ANY history book that mentions Jesus.
On a more serious note, if you want an ancien source, he pagan Phlegon of Tralles mentiones the crucifixion in detail, in fact, some would argue he presupposes an empty tomb, but I’m getting Ahead of myself.

There are „sceptics” who dispute this, however it’s incredibly obvious that they are biased and arguing in bad faith when you look at their other outputs. People like Bart Ehrman would have you believe that they discovered the „hidden truth” that Jesus was not taken down from the cross by Joseph of Arimathea. His argument is very weak, namely that because the roman authorities hated the jews, they would contradict their religion on purpose by leaving criminals on crosses for several days after their deaths. This would not only be incredibly petty, it also doesn’t make any sense. The romans were not anti-semitic, in fact they gave jews several special privlidges, including the most obvious, the ability for the jewish priesthood to execute anyone they choose, as shown in the gospels. The romans were happy to do it too, because the jews under the pharisees followed a corrupted version of God’s teachings that was very beneficial to the idolatry, pagan authorities of the time. In this, „sceptic” „scholars” like Ehrman project their own anti-semitism onto the roman authorities, when in reality the roman authorities could be called the first zionists. You can see this behavior in numerous instances, most notably when the romans, as told by the jews, set free a known insurgent and terrorist Barabas, but turn Jesus, a peaceful man whom they know has done nothing wrong, over to the jews to be executed. Pilate declares him Innocent multiple times, but they are bound to do the pharsees’ bidding.

The fact that it’s low class women who first witness shows this is a historical event, women’s testimony was not held in high regard in those times. If they were to lie, they would have at the very least said men have discovered the empty tomb, men of high status like Roman citizens would have also been an immediately obvious lie to tell. But they went with what was, in those days, something that wouldn’t even be admissable in court. Of course we now know that this is true, and so it’s invaluable. But back then, saying this would only hurt your case. The only reason the gospels record this is because they are in fact preserving history.

It would be one thing to just have what I listed earlier, but there is more. A third fact that just about anyone serious is willing to concede is that Jesus was seen, after his death, by multiple witnesses. Some of them were sceptical when first witnessing a man who has come back from the dead, in fact this is where we get the phrase „doubting thomas” from, but after verifying this with their own eyes and hands, after consulting with others to make sure they were all seeing the same thing, everyone was in agreement. Christ has risen. And again, early witnesses include women, so the same thing as I said before applies, they wouldn’t make this up if they were trying to convince people. People at the time were convinced not only by the passionate testimonies, but by what they’ve seen with their eyes, because again, when they checked, the tomb was empty.

You can try, sure… Some try to claim Jesus was taken off the cross prematurely, like some kind of heist, and while this might make for an alright Dan Brown book, I don’t think I have to explain in detail why this would be improbable. Obviously, if this were to actually be the caes, the roman authorities would try to track him down, or at the very least go after Joseph of Arimathea, who, as a leader, wasn’t exactly hard to find. But we have no record of what would have been either one of the largest manhunts of that centry, or more realistically, an immediate arrest of a very sick and wounded man. But I digress, the story is clearly nonsense, since Jesus was pierced with a spear, as we know from both tradition and archeological evidence.
Another way you could try to explain this would be to say that Jesus somehow faked his own death, but again, since we’re taking a „rational” approach here and discounting miracles, he would have to somehow survive being pierced with a spear, on top of the normal hardships crucifiction brings.
There is simply no way of explaining these facts other than acknowledging the resurrection. Muslims have struggled with this since the inception of islam, so much so that they felt the need to fabricate an entire „gospel”, where they try to spin a tale that Judas was made to look exactly like Jesus and was crucified in his place. Unlike the resurrection, there is zero evidence for this, other than a muslim fabrication from medieval times, but it goes to show how far people are willing to go to hide the truth, and how damning the actual evidence is. If it wasn’t the natural conclusion, there would be no reason to fabricate evidence to the contrary.
Do you need more proof? This is an honest question, I feel like I’ve been thorough enough but I could keep going if not for the character limit interrupting my my flow.

I wouldn't place any particular preference on becoming a hero or villain within the story. I'd imagine that your view on that would depend on who you are and how much I've fucked you over/helped you, and how the story develops.
I'm not sure how Vtorusha would slot in at this point, but I'd probably oppose her because it'd be more fun to do so. A magitech arms race sounds fun. Whether I die and she wins, or she dies and I win, or we both die and no one wins, or we talk it out, it'd be more interesting than just siding with her.
If I live long enough, I will probably also oppose Aat on the basis that we both want power and our goals naturally conflict. Not to mention the creation of demon lords was huge mistake.

Several of the Majin in the CYOA are born, not spawned. The ones that were spawned were made by Dei, who has her special Longest March demonhost trait allowing for higher template specificity through remembrances at the cost of her fresh, untested spawns being weaker. She definitely used a well-worn template for Aes and Pir. You should be able to make those specific templates and other established ones if Dei is your mom, but you can't just assign whatever gifts you want.

I realize that immediately contradicted myself. Tsy is normally completely non-fatal except when Pixies have it because it's a true death. That means that it works for the normal purposes of malice (this bothered me when I was trying to find a good letter for Zu'us). Malice is for taking down characters who are an undesired influence in the world, however, Tsy means that they still influence the world, they're just not in touch with you. Since Malice is usually a death note for killing people that you are unlikely to naturally kill, you're just repeating your lack of intention to interact with that person which is the default relationship between nearly all people on the planet. You're not changing anything.

Pretty much, if you want to do the Fay/Spriggan combo you HAVE to combine it with the Keter trick to afford tutoring for the Companions you want who don't speak those two languages. If you feel the Keter trick is too cheesy you probably won't be able to do the Fay/Spriggan trick unless you just coincidentally only want to be friends with pixies/spiders/drow.

What even is a worthy goal for OR?
If you are trying to do what's best for everyone, you ought to help 0^0 genocide the immortal races to help the ascension plan along.
If you are trying to make the world a better place, you would need to do the same so there is no more need for challenger races like the Majin, then exterminate Uruks. But the gods would probably topple that anyway to keep the fun coming.
So you are reduced to picking a challenge and going with it. Battling 0^0 is worthy indeed but she is literally doing the Gods work and though she is almost done she is in no position to actually challenge the gods or even the world after Orthrung ... the expanded races really make that clear. Sure there is some minor harm in her making too many empyreans but she stopped.
The other challenges I came up with are stealthily transcending by infiltrating her empyrean elites and otherwise stacking mentors with Vedi so the next Outsider can take her down as a side quest, or uniting humanity. This second one is actually rather easy because tank designed a path for it involving omega, but ultimately that's just an arbitrary bout of tribalism as well because 0^0 is ultimately solving the ascension game by bringing the world to the modern era of mostly independent warring humanities (Underdwellers don't really change much about the equation).
Maybe the 6th truly was the most enlightened Outsider.

I re-read the opening that was already pushed out of my ram and you are right. But why is that the case. Might well just be some dramatic incitement because ultimately charlottes impact is just the synthesis of 2 things the gods played with over the course of the entire known history: getting rid of long lived races and uniting humanity and then splitting it by ill fate. Kind of like what they had happen on Poluden with the eternal religious wars. I don't see why Charlotte would be a threat to that.
JPNL pretends to be dead and that the Elder Gods couldn't end the Ecumene with a snap but breaks character so I don't necessarily trust her presentation on that.

Charlotte is struggling to hold Mamet, her hordes of Morlocks are really not all that scary, she managed to catch a bloody nose against the elves, the actual permajobbers of the setting for a thousand years. And towards the end of that thousand years of only descending without a single step forward too!
Meanwhile humanity is the strongest it has been since the Second, and the Empire actually never had a set back yet - all while humans are meant to take over from the long lived races anyway

I think a synthesis of that trinity would be something along the lines of "They are loyal because they are granted freedom, and through that freedom would they choose meaningless lives of oppression, because the world is wrong and so must they sacrifice and suffer strife until the world is right."
But besides that, like I agree, there's still meaning in existing under her rule, but the Ecumene seeks to make their existence be the universal meaning. It's an ecumene. Though I accept circumventing prophecies I am not really familiar with stories that actually manage to negate them? Isn't the general gist usually that fate catches up with you, like the death letters in OR do when you don't make them impossible.
Especially with kingship it is even more important because the loyalty of the people may depend on it. See: the Citrines specifically being satisfied with Charlotte for the golden hue despite her not being male. If a golden hue'd male comes along and pretends to be the avatar of redacted there would be an immediate schism to abuse.

In practical terms taking away one gift temporarily is actually irrelevant to the final result. Whether I go from 2 DP/0 AP -> 0 DP/-1 AP -> 2 DP/1 AP, or +1 AP-> 2 DP/1 AP -> 0 DP/0 AP -> 2 DP/2 AP -> 2 DP/1 AP, as you can see, the actual end result is the exact same. So that accounting is the least important bit of my post. No, it's Everman/Old Northern Bilingual. It's absolutely possible to get more out of both, but that involves changing my characters. Everman is Everman, but C-slot Old Northerners don't teach me or do anything I want outside the one I already have (Feodrwa) so they're not getting swapped in. Or wait, I can Quieten Old Northern instead of Spriggan or Fay, use my 2 remaining DP to tutor the two characters who spoke it in Everman, and via bilingual Spriggan/Fay have 4 AP without losing anything. If I wanted to take away Savmak's Yee I could turn that into more AP or a Mentor and some left over, but I am hesitant to do that. Or just spend the points on magic feet or hands or something. Don't have the time to do the math on it right now but I'll think on it later.

Rhucuphre's stint in Orthrung resulted in Majin spreading Nightmare there. Dis, former Pandaemonium holdout, was breeding nightmares and benefitting from the neighbors being politically unstable. Killing princesses in the Underground hindered their cooperation against the creeping horrors until it became too late.
Their methods seem strange, but the amount of nightmare incursions on the planet has drastically increased since Pandaemonium founding, even if we don't have an exact date.

The physical nightmare in the Underground is dead amalgamated True Dragons plus the Eternal Curse plus Vtorusha rejected timelines alongside some other stuff like demon experimentation.
It's not really dreams like dungeons and for example Dream Passage has no effect when walking through it. You would need to slowly eat it the good old fashioned way to 'absorb' it.

Take a casual look at the canon builds of Vtorusha and Aat. This tells us that a Sibling counts as a special type of Companion that doesn't eat any slots.
Open up the Languages slot. Choose the Bilingual bonus of any ONE of the following: Palatiner or Elven-Northerner. This works because Siblings are a type of Companion.
Buy infinite Siblings. Fill their death slots with Izhitsa. Divide your infinite destiny points into three pools: one to Burn the Future and pay off the siblings, one to Burn the Future and save for later, and another one to save for the same.

I ran out of words to describe my build in the first post:
The idea here is to use God-Script verses/song to fight. If 0^0 was damaged by wordplay, and verses make God-Script stronger, then a song with verses and wordplay should be the strongest. Essentially I'm challenging people to rap battles.
I have untimeskipped Kilyn, Alisa, Lukag, and Keter, so I can do this right away. Kilyn allows me to immediately start crafting the perfect God-Script diss track to kill 0^0.
Mental/caster gifts are obviously necessary here, and Icon of Icons is just good. Kneeling Twilight gives me more time to come up with lyrics. Last Breath allows me to keep casting without stopping to breathe.
Oculus of Human Goodness and Stifling of Arms makes it very hard to fight me directly. I'm not sold on a specific Autoantecedence effect, but making it so that it also works when I look at them (rather than only working when they look at me) seems good. Maybe remove or expand the range limitation as well.
I'm ambidextrous which makes Stifling of Arms a bit better.
I've selected most of the Uruk encounters. With Eye of Human Goodness, and my other powers, they are trivial. Through my other encounters (+Jdan), I obtain the notes on Empyreality, and information on True Draconic Solipsism.
I spend my childhood practicing magic, planning out my God-Script verses, and triggering my encounters.

2. Long-term repayment of favors for the above.
3. Cowardice. Avoidance of great risks, desperate postponement of final death.
(Early life in Dis, before lichification:)
UNNOTABLE LICH (UL) is born in world Az, in Dis, to Unnotable parents (probably poor), as a sickly and seemingly blind (All-Glimpsing) Muddish.
As soon as age allows (if possible, before the goblin Encounter at 6 years age), UL attempts to reach out to Thaumiel.
If successful, UL introduces himself as an 11th Outsider, gives assurance of anti-Charlie attitude, asks Thaumiel for living funds and for a training regime for general improvement.
Thaumiel is the foremost anti-Charlie actor at this time, she should agree without further prompt.
At some point during UL's childhood, outsider MOONMAN (also starts in Dis) visits and causes a bizarre magical event that fulfills UL's parents' death letters, but with the parents essentially surviving.
That is fine by UL, the letters needed fulfilling somehow, it's better if it happens under controlled circumstances.
When UL has opportunity to speak with MOONMAN, he begs MOONMAN to introduce him to MOONMAN's Mentor contacts (Jdan, Mlada, Spako. Not sure about Dirk Yesod, he might be pissy about UL's association with Thaumiel. Gwriel is awkward since he was originally one of UL's Malice targets, but might be worth trying anyway). If the planet is ever overrun by Uruks as one Anon theorized, UL might have an advantage on Moonman's Moon colony, not needing to breathe.

Outsider DEMONIC NIGHTMARE MAKER (DNM) also starts in Dis. She used True Love on her Mentor Thaumiel, she should be found with her at some point. UL begs DNM for introduction to DNM's other Mentor contact, Seo (who mentors for demonic undeath). UL obviously plans to turn into a lich, so if it works out it's a clear fit educationally.
Outsider GOKU SASUKE MASTER CHIEF KAKAROT also starts in Dis, but there's not much to be gained from him at this time. He has no mentors. GOKU has a Royal Claim to both Malkuth and Old Throne. Pressing a claim to Malkuth would go badly, and as he chose to be Muddish this probably isn't the aim. Would it go much better with Old Throne? Or are the Royal Claims incidental? With his Ameno, GOKU is bound to stir up trouble, but UL can only later see what comes of it.
The remaining outsider in Dis is SPEEDSTER SPIDER. No Mentors unfortunately. UL can try and research a cure to Bitter Sickness, this would be a big reputational boost, but he doesn't have the Encounter and can't guarantee he'll be in Dis at the time of the outbreak, which is supposed to be the prime time to develop the cure.
Once UL is learned and tall enough (he needs long skeletal legs for the Esurient Walk), UL kills himself and becomes a lich. Yat + Zemlya.
(Travels after lichification:)
Lichification entails obvious social problems, but some of the aquaintances made so far should mitigate that.
With lvl 3 Esurient Walk and no physical fatigue, UL becomes able to travel long distances in a day. The wear on the bones from running can be repaired with Deathless Grasp. Now the 4 remaining 11th outsiders in world Az can be reached.

UL visits outsider HERO OF JUSTICE (originally on the tropic islands) and begs for introduction to his Mentor Keter, although that's more for making contacts with the notables of the era than for learning anything, as UL's death slot is gone and Keter's advice there isn't needed. Regardless of everyone else's long term plans, HERO OF JUSTICE is the only one working on the Charlie problem in the present, so UL may have to help out there somehow.
UL visits outsider VEË (originally in the North) and begs for introduction to her Mentors (Feodwra and Zu'us. Upunth isn't a good fit). UL can't dream however, so VEË's dream library is closed for him.
UL visits outsider JÖTUNNSDROTTNINGGEN (originally in the West) and begs for a chance to study Gewgrin Aureole's book. No mentors other than that, unfortunately. The Cambrian explosion plan seems problematic but, you do you - it will probably help rather than hurt with the Charlie problem at least.
Outsider AURUM ARC THE GOLDEN FINGER in New New York is pretty much a tool for Pandemonium, might have to be kidnapped and imprisoned - because Outsiders outright killing Outsiders is a can of worms best not opened, and because hastening AURUM's Buki could be a bother. Even more than UL, AURUM lacks in fated events, and due to business ventures he has to appear in public, so this might not be difficult. Rhucuphre was arguably the most important figure to be targeted by UL's Malice, and by picking Rhucuphre as Mentor AURUM overrided the Malice against her, so there's a grudge. Without a Fate guarantee, learning from Rhucuphre would work out horribly and shouldn't be attempted.
(Long term plans:)
UL will spend his time on repaying favors to other Outsiders who introduced him to their Mentors. HERO OF JUSTICE needs special help, given how hands-off everyone else is about the Charlie problem. And in spare time UL researches further failsafes for postponing final death.
