In my experience with growing up with both cats and dogs is that cats usually seem to have a more distinct personality and individuality, while most dogs are kind of the same.

I don't mind service dogs but emotional support animals is a meme that needs to die fast and hard. I avoid pet friendly restaurants. I love dogs but there's no point for them to be there. If they are well behaved they just sit/lie there bored out of their minds so what's the point other than for them to be an accessory? I purposefully avoid pet friendly establishments and I nope out if I see a shit bull there. There's a brewery I go to that allows dogs and if there's ever more than one there there's always some kind of bark off and chimp out that everyone just plays off like it is no biggie. Love seeing the owner immensely embarrassed and it doesn't seem to go away until they leave.

I don't get why some cats love some people but hate others. I'm not the biggest cat fan but I don't hate them so I just tend to ignore them but my last girlfriends cat absolutely loved me, especially when I ignored her.
