I never got around to playing Returns so I can't help you there. But I believe it's the most barebones one in terms of extras.
Double Peace has quite a lot to do. The main ones are finding some hidden ID cards and using doki doki mode on every girl in every costume, where some only wear the gym outfit or swimsuit on a single stage. There's also a particularly big grind with the mob girl route where the game records if you got the ending for each individual student. You don't need to do a full playthrough for each one thankfully but it's still takes a long time.
2 has a less linear structure so you just need to play all the side missions once and remember to give out your candy to all of the girls to max their affection. Though some of the missions, particularly the defense ones, are completely identical to each other so it does get a little bit dull.
