For me, it's Towa.
In her first two games she is a student of Thors Military Academy. As Erebonia is rather rigid in terms of social hierarchy, students are divided into three categories.

Speaking of Switch stuff, I went out and bought Metroid Dread and Mario vs DK today. Switch 1 games are finally getting decent physical sales now that retailers want to clear the shelves for Switch 2 games. I recommend getting whatever you're considering before Switch 1 games get the "second hand Nintendo 500% markup".

Disgaea 2 is my favorite version, but Disgaea 1 in the newer artstyle is also very nice. Hospital gacha makes getting the stats needed to do so pretty fast if its just regular Baal you are aiming for. Get them and grind out levels/class mastery in the ordeal grinding maps and you'll be good to go.

I just can't stand the feudal Japan setting. It's so overdone in games these days and doesn't seem like the kind of vibe I want in a Disgaea experience. Okay, freecebo effect has worn off. Like most gachas this game strokes your ego and showers you in freebies at the beginning to ease you in, then runs you into a difficulty wall to try and get you invested. It was fun joking about it with friends for the day, but I'm gonna go back to playing real games now! Wish they'd have let you choose when to activate abilities mid-race, or even just made you tap two keys to run faster like Derby Owner's Club. SOME kind of interaction in the events. After a while it just gets boring watching the race play out (even on 4x speed when they're sprinting like it's fucking Sonic Adventure 2). All in all I give it a score of meme/10. Yeah, and not only did the races get boring, but literally EVERYONE made the same fucking glue factory joke all day. VERY FUNNY, PEOPLE. At least reference them being turned into Taco Bell burrito meat, Twizzlers or Marshmallows, gahh!

Hot take but the next FE game should go full girl game and have horse-raising mechanics. Have a stable where you can raise horses for extra boosts to your mounted units. You can obviously do the same for wyverns and other mounts, but you can also do armor and attire. Armored horse riders would certainly benefit from the double dip.

The horses got me good, but I think I'll quit as soon as I get Manhattan Cafe since while I like the characters and stories it is the type of game that breathes down your neck if you're not clearing all the daily objectives and stuff. Wished I could just pay $40 and get all the content in the game without the gacha shenanigans.
Unlike Blue Archive and FGO I actually want to see all the stories and stuff but it just feels a bit like an obligation after a week of having to finish the career mode at least once per day.
