It depends. There's still a degree of risk when you do training since the whole point of training wit over racing is to take a 30% chance of failure down a notch. Otherwise the best advice I have is.

(2.5 uncaps per year btw). Or you could just reroll an account, get 3+ copies, and save yourself literal years of progress.
