If I was tasked with dividing all of vidya games into one or two dozen genres, I probably wouldn't make "metroidvania" one of them.
That said, every discussion about genre should come with an open admission that genre classifications are fairly arbitrary, rendering any debate about genre largely a waste of time.

Actually, of course you don't.
The vagina does indeed loosen with repeated use. It is designed to take that, but large insertions will cause the vagina to stretch out. Difference is, the anus is the exit of solid waste, and if that loosens even a bit, we have problems. The vagina can loosen to accomidate a woman's life partner's penis more regularly, as that's its job.
