Unity is well known engine that has been thoroughly explored by many devs and modders, so reverse engineering and recompiling it shouldn't be very difficult in first place. What will be really problematic is trying to recompile games like 3 houses, because 3h is not only one of most popular games in series but it also uses warriors engine that nobody knows how to mod and edit properly, and is generally ass to work with.
