Wan2.2 can absolutely generate nipples, and it does a good job of maintaining the original style too. Occasionally you will get duds like

Genitals are a different story. Historically they have been censored, and if you type "vagina" or "pussy" or "penis" in the prompt, they will be censored with gore.
Wan2.2 however can sometimes generate pussy, even without using keywords. If a female character gets her genitals exposed, it will either generate blank, a pussy, something weird, or sometimes the usual gore from 2.1
Once we get native loras for 2.2, pussy will be much easier to generate. That being said, western governments are starting to clamp down on NSFW content with all those child safety acts so it's getting harder for people to justify training these lewd video loras.
