There are times when his crosshair shifts from target to target in 1 single frame. Your hand can't even move that fast.

Cheating has the most impact with FPSs because there's so much hidden information between players. For example, wall cheats are going to have less of an impact in third person shooters, because players don't need to expose themselves to gain information. With fighting games, there is no hidden information and it's all their on the screen, and the game forces the player to be vulnerable more often. A player can still cheat in a fighting game, but the impact isn't going to be as great as someone winning a long distance engagement in a single second with a headshot in any shooter.
