What's the point where it looks fucking nothing like the original? The original minigame was titled "ZOE3" in-game files because it was a prototype of Zone Of The Enders 3. Kojimbo had more influence over it than the previous two games, and that's why it had so many weird elements, such as humanoid fish creatures dressed like Policemen fighting with big fish hooks, the MC dressed in a mecha pilot suit with a Police coat, fighting with sharp police batons, and a New York warehouse location. Etc. Etc.

If I had to guess, they changed it because
1.) As a teaser, it's irrelevant because ZoE3 is no longer a thing. Kojima kept delaying and changing ZoE3 as late as MGSV's development. If you keep it the same, it gives people the wrong impression that ZoE3 is still in development. It wasn't, and it would've never been even with Kojima still on-board for Konami. Kojima worked on ZoE3 for at least 10 years with nothing to show for it except a prototype during the early development and a lot of concept art in the late development stage. It's the same like Kojima's Metal Gear Solid Rising.
2.) It doesn't fit with the whole thing being Big Boss' nightmare about Dracula/Vampires when the dream is about some guy fighting zombies in a futuristic environment.
That's probably the two reasons why. It was either that or removing it altogether. I doubt a faithful remake of the minigame would've been kept because the minigame's entire existence is based on the teaser of a game that pretty much got shelved. And remaking it would give it the wrong impression. Not helping matters is that given how awful Konami is at archiving things, I doubt they have Kojima's original notes for ZoE3 or even any of the development stuff from that era, and if they'd want to recreate it faithfully they'd need to rely on that since Kojima doesn't work for them anymore.

The original Guy Savage was better. Something about it was much more mysterious. I still don't get what was going on and the enemies being monster wardens with uniforms and the weird grafitti on the indoors environment made me question the lore.

GSΔ just making the monsters vampires and the setting some open air graveyard kills all the mystique. Yes the codec calls were originally talking about vampires but the fact that the original game's nightmare had nothing to do with that created a fascinating narrative dissonance. The minigame was originally a prototype of ZoE3 so if anything the Dracula codec calls had no relevance besides perpetuating Paramedic'e obsession with film randomly, not the sequence itself.

I like the new version but I wish the original was made available too or the MC version of MGS3 was updated to include the original.

I hope desu. I really love 2000s Hiro Usuda's art in MGS3 and Silent Hill 3&4. Her style around that time had that special aesthetic and edge to it. Tirn Aill was probably her peak. She should've gotten more work when it came to designing locations. Portland Shopping Center Mall and the Silent Hill church were designed entirely by her and those were the best locations in SH3. The Spiral staircase in SH4 was also kino. She really should've published the Revolt Of Tirn Aill and all of her 2000s artworks in a form of high-resolution digital art book desu.
