Theres only one school that has classes beyond 7th class. Its not a big place and he 100% didnt move out. I think this validated many of the bullshit Pokemon claims, because if this bizarre series of actions gave you a hundred rare candies or Master Balls or showed you Safari Zone mon then why wouldn't there be something behind Bill's house or under that truck? It seemed like an intentional cheat code of some sort, since we didn't understand back then it was just a series of inputs manipulating the game's very shakily held together code.
