That whole tutorial is dynamic and based on playing the Tanker so somethings could just be different lines. If you mean the buttons being called "Punch button" and "Action button" it was like that in the PS2 original because Kojima wanted to avoid the situation of MGS1 on PC having a ruined Psycho Mantis fight.

No idea what that is but the additional lines for the tutorials always sounded weird in HD collection (and MGS2) and the 3DS version. It's only 2 or 3 lines so I don't blame for not shelling out to have them say "PRESS THE B BUTTON TO CRAWL" and 20 differrent variations of it for every system.

Zero's VA in particular was changed in MGSV so that's another can of worms they have to deal with if they didn't go the lazy route.

I remember MGS2 HD sounded like shit when the Colonel was saying new lines next to the old ones. I actually hadn't played MGS2 in over ten years at that point and I still spotted how weird sounding it was. It never works when the actors age or are on a different recording setup. When they added that shitty new quest in TW3 a couple years ago, Geralt's actor sounded bad too for the new lines.

Honestly most of the stuff I've seen over the days will likely get fixed in a week. When Master Collection first came out everyone dogged on it. It's been patched several times and now people recommend it. UE5 ain't an easy fix though

Oddly bad performance that just comes and goes with a lot of pop ins. Its strange because we cant even pin it down to the engine, or if the games its being used on are just horribly optimized, its far too common among games that use it that we genuinely cant tell if its the engine or the devs. RE engine for example, is god awful performance, but it looks incredible, this engine was built for small scale high detail because it basically has next to no culling, UE5 has culling to the point where you can sometimes whip the camera around and see shit spawning in, like the engine is really fast at loading assets but when there is too much its starts to choke, like the devs are putting to much reliance on it just doing what its suppose to do.

It gives developers easy utilities to implement certain things in their games, which in turn makes said games require triple the power to be run at minimum settings.
The main issue is that they're extremely resource consuming, so shit like lighting are offload to lumen and nanite, and now you find yourself with every game basically requiring RTX capable gpus to even reach 30fps, and in most cases, not even an njudea RTX 20XX gpu is capable of running those games.
Pair that with 3d models having a gorillion polygons and them using the default faces the built-in face creator gives them, and the rest of the performance goes there and characters are ugly as hell.
