I have no fucking clue how either. My Nice Nature is built like ass and my other two are meh.

Based Gold just got me a 5 win finish despite facing much stronger umas. I ran her with evil nature+dominator rudolf, felt like that was just a critical mass of debuffs. Opponents getting hit by 3 velocity debuffs at the start of final straight slowed them to a crawl.

How low commitment are we talking about? When I started joining clubs the two I joined went from super casual to spreadsheet mania on the latter half of the month and I left because of that, then joined another and it was utterly dead, with half the club not being around since the launch week of the game and barely anyone connecting.
In the end I started my own club to avoid that, so if you're fine with a middle ground connecting every once in a while yet not bothering with quotas feel free to take a look. All the other members joined recently so as far as it goes the ranking of the club relies solely on me so far pls no bulli.

I usually save carats to pull to pity on good banners, but spends tickets as I go on decent banners.

Oguri unique by itself isn't good but when combined with shooting for victory and red shift, turns her into a monster.

Triumphant Pulse isnt as strong as Maru’s or Taiki’s ability, but it is basically third best, and you can run through the umulator to see what Im talking about. Oguri gets it for free + gourmand. Its a much better skill than most regular speed/acceleration skills you can buy, and Ive lost to other players with it in the final homestretch more times than I count. Sometimes it makes the difference, but not as game changing as the other two big unique skills (or ryan’s unique on an end closer/late which is even better)

Literally cant go wrong with either Taiki Shuttle or Oguri Cap. Flexible horses with great abilities to pass down and viabilty for champions meetings. Oguri is probably the most well rounded. Symboli Rudolf also strong but trickier Ive heard. Maruzensky is harder to run but great breeding horse for that ability alone.

gametora isnt very good about the specific values. Use the uma race simulator instead. Input your uma and their stats, then their skills, switch it to skill chart mode and run, then it will show which skills will give you the best increase to shortening your time to win. The best ones to always grab are corner activation like professor curvature obviously but also Medium corners for this race, end closer corners for an end closer and so on.

Most of those last category are pretty random. Prioritize the good unique skills and asides from that gold recovery abilities if your stamina needs it (it probably does with all these debuffers). Running out of stamina is basically the worst thing that can happen and will cause all your speed abilities to go to waste, dont skimp there either.

On the subject of debuffers I figured out the value for each debuff.
Subdued and flustered pace chasers for instance each do -1%, but nice nature’s unique debuffs each do -3%, of which a potential 5 nature can be zapping you of 8% of your stamina which can completely destroy your fucking racer in the final stretch.
A regular recovery ability heals 1.5% while a gold recovery heals 5%. This is why golds are so valuable and debuffers are so scary. Please bring extra stamina and recovery abilities, and run your own debuffers as well.

Dominator on grass wonder is a speed debuff, and a pretty massive one. “hesitant” skills also slow down a player’s speed. I’d argue the stamina ones are slightly more devastating though, especially with how easy nature is to build. Most people dont have much stamina to spare at the end of a race, so when you have two debuffers zapping you of possibly hundreds of stamina points you better bring extra.

instead of nice natures they run max speed grass wonders and tachyons with 1,000 stamina + dominator to hit you with a massive double delayed speed boost in the final corner and stretch. They basically drop the nice nature bullshit and create a third ace and only grab the most powerful debuff. Both tachyon and grass can run dominator and it’s a speed debuff that lasts for seconds on the final corner. Those grasses arent lagging. I trained one like that too and she got first place in a race today as well, something the old “debuffer” version could never do. Basically at the highest level stamina debuffs dont do shit anymore because they have so much stamina and recovery it doesnt matter. However, Double dominator fucks and tachyon and grass are strong aces in their own right that can snag first if a different ace has bad luck, alongside a super strong Golshi or a different pace chaser.

See if you can't get Golshi to potential 5 to unlock her gold recovery. Borrow a 9* Ryan or Rudolf for their uniques and focus on inheriting speed to compensate for her growth rate. For Oguri, I'd find a 9* stamina Taiki or Maruzen instead (ideally you already have whichever one you're not opting to borrow, or else the spark RNG shoots up if you want both their uniques).

A 4/2 or even 5/1 speed/stamina deck with your pool can get you to the relevant stat thresholds, but I personally prefer to run 3 speed and 1 high level wit card to reduce the reliance on good rest RNG. In terms of what to borrow between Kitasan and Creek, it's probably better to prioritize MLB Kitasan and make do with LB0 Creek, rather than the other way around.
