If we're being consistent with this, there are very very few games that are 100% complete on cart or disc, due to updates.

If the download servers for any console ever completely shut down, then even a true physical copy might end up being useless because you could end up stuck with a 1.0 version of the game with incomplete content and game-breaking bugs.
