Second from that it gives you two free skills, corner adept and corner recovery I think? or something like that, not a bad deal. 60% and if you fail its nowhere near as bad as the riskiest option. So I choose charming if its the start of the run for free charming, and I pick the second option if its near the end of the run. If you fail just a mood down, whatever. If you win you get two nice skills

There's 3 level up events, you need a 5* uma to get level 6 unique (level 3 skill to start with). It's a lot of pulls anyway though RNG variance can swing one way or the other easily.
