I find Starline interesting, particularly his key flaw that he doesn't understand why other people do what they do.

The first big example of this is with Eggman, where, despite being a massive dick rider, Starline clearly doesn't get how the man thinks.

Then you have Surge and Kit, which are basically his interpretation of Sonic and Tails, but he fails to understand what actually motivates them. On top of this, he fails to realize he needs to give the two actual reasons for their beliefs and feelings for them to be stable.

Allow the Topaz to have more of a lasting impact as well.
