i wouldn't call hammers expensive, the cheap ones are rather efficient in my experience and blacksmith npcs are really easy to raise disposition with because they don't have any personality skills in their class. also athetics doesn't affect fatigue regneration, only endurance affects this and i can't find anything on it affecting attack cost, i think that's just based on weapon weight. having higher athletics will leave you with more stamina when you run into combat encounters though which is functionally similar to what you're going for though.

Nah. Athletics already is a bitch to level, actual useful tag in my opinion. Same with Acrobatics. Those two skills which directly affect your movement absolutely need to be tagged. I agree that you should not tag certain skills like weapon skills. Those you absolutely should just let level up naturally. But something like Armorer or even Alchemy is definitely worth the tag. These skills need to level up as quickly as possible with as few ingredients as necessary.

even if you don't know the balmore temple cheese restore fatigue ingredients are literally everywhere, most of them are cheap as fuck and making them constantly is a good alternative for any restore fatigue constant enchantments that lets you run around without worrying about it

Morrowind has like 6 different books that are at least partially about Lorkhan and the ideological schism he causes among the races and iirc the game explicitly suggests you read them all at one point in the main quest once you're introduced to the concept of the Heart of Lorkhan.

You can see on the development map linked above comparing it to the planned release map included in my post that the Poison Song map exterior is mostly complete, this is an expansion that includes both a redo of existing content as well as new land specifically the terrain west of Almalexia til it meets the existing Thirr River Valley.
On the other side of the Thirr River is the Wealth Beyond Measure expansion which includes the rest of the Othreleth Woods, the rest of the Shipal Shin, Kartur Dale, the south Velothi Mountains, Kartur Dale as well as redone Roth Roryn territory.
Based on current progress and even developer expectations both Poison Song and Wealth Beyond Measure which includes half of the Dominions of Dust redone are both set for a 2026 release which is lightning fast. Looking at the development map you can also see that about half of the Clambering Moor is complete with parts of the Norther Velothi Mountains as well as just one part of the new Grew Meadows is also close to being merged, so at the end of 2025 roughly 1/3 of the tentatively titled Silgrad Tower exterior is complete, there's a high likelihood that this will see a 2027 release, and by next year there will already be development on Redoran's second TR expansion tentatively titled Hope of the Redoran which includes the regions of Julan Shar and Great Valley. Dres lands will be in development in the next few years.
I also purposefully forgot to mention, if you look at the development map you can see that it shows Almalexia as being in development, and with the release of Poison Song you will be able to join House Indoril.
