I used to be a pathetic loser virgin into my mid 20s.
I did nothing for a few years after highschool, eventually my parents pushed me into getting my first job at walmart.

On my lunch break I used to go to the back seat of my car and cry wishing that I was dead. After a while I caught a lucky break in crypto and made 50k, I thought my life was turning around. Soon after crypto crashed and I went negative 50k and was in debt for years paying off all the money I had lost.

That was a dark time in my life. That point I lost 20x times my life savings was rock bottom and instead of making me kill myself like I used to fantasize about it actually had the opposite effect and freed my mind. I no longer gave a fuck about anything. My life couldnt get any worse barring cancer or a car accident.

I thought long and hard and decided my only option to turn my life around was to go even far deeper into debt by getting a bachelors degree. During this time I started working out, talking to girls, made a friend at walmart who was trying to turn their life around in a similar fashion.

Today Im married and both the wife and I make six figures and life couldnt be better. We have 50k in the stock market and 50k in the bank because we make more money than we can spend.

Well, she broke up with me, not much to it. She aced everything as usual but from then on became emotionally distant and hard to communicate and then it ended.
I agree that I fucked up here, although I feel like if this was enough to break the whole thing then it would've ended eventually anyway. Other transgressions were even more minor, and I spent 90% of my free time talking to her as she was very needy in terms of attention (not that I minded).

It sort of made me realize why I didn't fit in with the rest of the kids at school when I was a teen since I still watched a lot of movies, read books and played vidya while everyone else had either stopped doing so or only rarely did it.
