It's just a lot of people who have never played Counter-Strike before, the hard truth is that since a lot of these maps are designed to have logical angles that you can clear without breaking your wrist, it looks like someone's crosshair lines up with where a player is located because out of the likely 7+ times this exact thing happens for a player in a game, there's a chance that one time they do clear that angle, someone would otherwise be there if it weren't for them being blocked by a wall or multiple walls.

Pretty much every FPS streamer is using some type of softhacks, whether it's no recoil or wallhacks. I solo queued to Predator multiple times in Apex, and my aim wasn't as clean or crisp as even streamers that were hardstuck in Masters. There's definitely cheating going on in the streamerdom.

The R-301 has one of the softest recoil patterns in the game, and I can still confidently say that level of recoil control is impossible. You don't even see that silky smooth control from actual pros competing at the big tourneys. Factor in the angle, the cover the other player has (only his head peeking), the distance, plus having to account for the bulletdrop in the game, and you have a pretty cut and dry example of cheating. I will admittedly say that I couldn't make that shot at all without using like a sniper or marksman rifle (sentinel, etc.).

How does tournament cheating even work? I was under the impression that these tournaments were on a stage where each player gets a computer provided to them by the tournament hosters. How could they even get cheats onto it without anyone knowing? Are they allowed to bring their own equipment?

Fucking up when surfaces move between the player and the target also isn't a common malfunction because that isn't how aiming cheats work. They read the location of an enemy from memory and turn the player to aim at them with false inputs. People who play games like CS, again from the perspective of non-cheaters before some faggot tries to be a smart aleck, are people who enjoy competition. If you have great aim then they'll be impressed long before they seethe at you and at a certain level it's just expected. It's also not like people don't get insanely good aim just from playing the games. Before aim trainers, it was spending hours in deathmatches, and a lot of top players probably still do that instead. Those people are not special or something new. I'd argue part of why those people seem special is even because they don't have good game sense and hunt for clips so they end up in situations where they have to rely on insane flicks. Meanwhile a great player who just played the game has fantastic aim but also has gamesense so he already has his crosshair near people before they even peek and relies on his aim as little as possible. I recall people even posted that one guy's stats in BF6 when the 'aim community' shit was first going off and, unsurprisingly, he was fairly mediocre even in such a casual game.
