the pre-registration and launch rewards persist for like 30 days since release so you still have whatever amount of days that is to reroll if your heart desires. this is the reason that some people are unironically suggesting that players that were "late" to the launch to simply reroll on the kitasan banner that's approaching and aim for 3+ copies (good fucking luck kek). the current support banner is worse than the launch banner (imo) thus rerolling currently has downsides. the most obvious downside is that you'll have to completely restart your account if you choose to return to reroll hell for kitasan banner but you also get to play the game without worry, learn the basics, and maybe rectify some early mistakes.

as for your specific situation, super creek alone does not make an account. you are going to be struggling to do much besides squeaking by the scenarios without at least a few usable cards. let's say you start playing on this solo super creek account and grind out some carats (if you're unemployed then maybe you can grind out like 15k total). you roll on kitasan and you come away with a singular copy. if you're okay with that scenario (which is a passable scenario, kitasan only really gets good at 4LB though) then go ahead and play and stop worrying about min/maxing. if you're f2p then you'll inevitably fall behind, there's no use desperately trying to claw away tiny advantages that are eclipsed by $20.

If it's pre-summer 1 then yes even if its guts training with like 3 friends its still worth doing, because the faster you get access to rainbow trainings the more stats you get in the long run.
My general rule of thumb isn't a specific number of rainbows, rather I focus purely on maxing friendship up until the first summer. Once your past that you start to focus purely on the stats you need, with the priority being something like rainbows on core stats > core with multiple friends > rawdogging core stats.

no kek, it's fucking awful. depending on your game progress/goal for that specific run, you should be looking at the blue sparks that give specific stats and for pink sparks that can potentially give you higher aptitude for surface and distance (S-tier style is less important). sometimes you hunt a specific aptitude at career start (like hunting dirt aptitude for someone you're building for dirt stadium).

for example, if i were to choose a "9-spark" stamina legacy and borrow another 9-spark stamina legacy then i can potentially generate 200+ stamina out of thin fucking air. being able to target generate that much of a stat means i can specialize more and build a stronger end-product.

this is why it's important to hunt for strong legacies. it completely opens up your building potential.
