If SAVING works the same way it does in Undertale and Kris is aware of when we reset time, Chapter 3 would be a wake up call for them, I think. The entire thing is so gamified, that the player is willing to perfect his runs in order to see the games secrets to the end. In any route, thats the first time Kris can see the Soul is willing to kill even the characters closest to it to see the end

Realistically, I'd have to talk to you someplace like Discord to actually be friends, so I doubt either of you would go through with that.

I beat the knight after 10 tries, having not played since before the patch, which was better than I expected.
I can't tell how much it was me having a clear head from a recent nap, cleaned up inventory and about 25 pre-patch losses of experience, and how much it was not basically always getting hit at least a few times on the tunnel attacks.
Is there a pre-patch fight sim somewhere I could check if I can get some clean tunnels done or would I need to download the pre-patch version?
Back into chapter 4, is Gerson overall harder or easier than Knight? I didn't fight him last playthrough either.

Seeing all the messages/images people are posting with the memory flower stuff is really nice.
Do wish I was brave enough to step foot into an actual "community" for deltarune stuff or even knew where to meet others that want to talk about, even IRL.
The only person I really get to talk about Deltarune with is a friend IRL who hasn't played undertale or deltarune and it's fun to hear his guesses/takes on things.
He thought Susie was a time traveler at first because I described her as "someone not meant to be there/replacing someone else" and how Vs Susie isn't connected to other songs or motifs like every other song in the game (almost)

I think they cut out all those difficult attacks because it was decided late into development that Gerson would be a duel boss.
It wouldn't make much narrative sense for him to be more difficult than Knight since his intent was to get Susie to improve her healing spell.
