The hospital, the school, the library, QC's, the flower shop, Sans' shop... we can see the entirety of those buildings, and none of them have public bathrooms. The police station doesn't have one for the cops OR the people in the detention cell. It could just be "Toby didn't want to devote time to making those rooms", but then why bother putting one in the Holiday manor?
B-but of course he'd put one in the manor because it's an important location that will be under more scrutiny. It took me some time to fully appreciate the 3+4 soundtrack but I think Toby did very well. I think partly I was disappointed there wasn't a super insane guy theme. I get that's derivative/repetitive and Tenna was almost that anyway, but I remember feeling pretty sad when I heard the Freedom motif in Gerson's fight theme because it hit me that absolutely nothing I had speculated about the last year was gonna materialize. But that's not the game's fault it was just the expectations I set for myself. Hammer of Justice is a fantastic track for the mood of the scene it takes place in.
Some of the best tracks this time are little mood setting stuff like 12am, or the Sanctuary suite, or Neverending Night. Just really beautiful compositions.
I also think I would like Catswing even more if it wasn't attached to a meme character. It's genuinely fantastic but I think the whole time I was playing that boss fight I was like "okay yeah haha very funny". I appreciate the whole Mike Room thing more after sitting on it for a while, I think it was intended to be very good natured.
