Both are fine, contempt maintains the bleed more (not by much since aside from her defense, the rest is just 1 count), red eyes is purely for potency, and damage + support with her kit.
Contempt's tremor type would in theory allow her to deal way more damage per turn with bleed on burst, but you're not going to be stacking enough potency on a bleed team to actually make use of it properly, so all it does is sap more bleed count if she bursts it after converting.
