I doubt it. Too many big characters are made by Doremi to get rid of them, and as we’ve seen they can easily get new artists to draw alts. So either it’s because she’s popular but not among the absolute most popular, they can sabotage the game by leaving her out and it won’t be extremely obvious even though more people notice every event and the Japanese have been very vocal about it lately since she’s now the actual most neglected student even if you ignore her popularity. That’s the most reasonable explanation I could think of, and hopefully it’s getting to a point where someone higher up will step in and stop it.

Suzumi waited only slightly longer, less than a year I think. But yes Suzumi did wait a long time too but she got her event and it’s incredibly high effort, same as Shimiko did, and of course Reisa. And Gehenna has had events that could have Iroha, which I don’t think Suzumi ever had an obvious moment where she got “skipped”, like Iroha did in the dress event, since Reisa and her got them at the same time now. From everything we’ve seen they have no intention of giving her an alt or big appearance, not one as big as Reisa, Suzumi, and Shimiko got now, and especially not as good as what brand new students got much faster, or a 3D model or anything. If even the Japanese playerbase are talking about it I don’t know why you pretend otherwise.
