1. When you desecrate an item with 6 mods, does it removes one mod right away or does it remove when you choose what you want at the well of souls?

2. If you use a perfect essence that gives a suffix (like +3 spell levels on foci) and the item has 6 mods is it guaranteed that a suffix will be removed to keep 3 suffix/3 prefix?

3. What happens if you do it with Omen of Sinistral Crystallisation active? will it remove a prefix and give a suffix or will the omen fail?
