you can disable terrainparallax/complexterrainparallax in enbseries.ini as well as complexparallax and complexmaterial
terrainblending has a bit of a performance cost as well
I don't think you can turn off regular old parallax on meshes from being enabled in-game from enbseries.ini
but so long as the meshes you're using aren't flagged for parallax it shouldn't kick it
however I've noticed some terrain textures are built differently for their parallax versions so you might have to test if things look okay

ymmv on perk mods it kind of depends on ur build and what you like and how you play

the radiant quests have all pretty much been reduced to interacting with a terminal in the city once. quests auto-complete and deposit a reward as soon as you fulfil the objective and the lack of any interaction with an NPC really kills it for me as far as roleplay goes. i couldn't even roleplay as an explorer in the explorer's guild because every planet available for exploration has already been settled and mapped. i mean hell, even skyrim gave you the sense that some of those nordic ruins hadn't been visited in a very long time.
i think an even bigger issue for me in a roleplay sense is just how sterile the world is. there's no edge to it and it's just not interesting enough for me to bother trying

It was an SP Bethesda game after 8 years, so I went into it with way too much goodwill.

yep same, temple grinding was fucking heinous. i genuinely thought bethesda had done something very clever with NG+. people were always dunking on them for the whole "you can join every faction and do everything in one playthrough!" thing and with starfield they came up with an in-universe way of explaining that away and actually making it interesting. being able to see the roads you didn't go down with a different perspective, or just being able to be a proper villain for the fun of it. but in the end you can just do it all on the same iteration anyway and there are no actual decisions or outcomes that warrant a second playthrough. i use my imagination a lot in these games to try and headcanon something i can be interested in but it has its limits lol.
ain't all doom and gloom tho, i'd be lying if i said i didn't enjoy my time with the game, i just didn't get the experience i expected or wanted
