I'll take the bait but not even close. It's arguably either Holliday or Viscous with Sinclair and Doorman as runner-ups. Even Haze, that you find so easy, has more depth than Mina.
As for heroes with deceptive difficulty, I'd say Paige and Vindicta. They both have straightforward kits but are difficult to be effective with. Paige because everything she does is extremely telegraphed and Vindicta due to her massive reliance on positioning and map awareness (she's heavily punished by any mistake regarding that).
Mina falls in neither category. She's so easy to pilot that it's legit boring to play her.

any build that asks for burst early, needs to prio imp spirit and mystic shot, cloak is your only way to proc burst before 2 upgrades of suitcase, imp spirit raises both mystic shot and suitcase past this threshold, additionally builds that emphasize this early powerspike are sacrificing something else, be it slots, cultist timing, or maj leap timing, you need to find what spike you prefer, for instance I always go cold front and then either mystic shot/enchanters emblem depending on the game, so I can get cultist around 8 minutes every time and start my snowball, you have a ton of useless fluff that delays every single power spike pocket has, stuff like mystic regeneration, kdash, soul shredder, headhunter, all of that is absolut trash on pocket because the opportunity cost wrecks his impact, you need to be scaling fast and stealing camps, none of those items help him do that

try dews buld for an all around scaling version of pocket, or eidos build for an early game focused skirimish style, once you get comfortable with that you can try something like natan for a barrage dueling focused build or try gay shit like maj leap rush which I hate

You don't need headshot booster ever and extra stamina early on is bait, you should be rushing cultist/majestic after basic lane items (mystic burst, cold front or any single sustain item you may be forced to build). Spirit shredder makes no sense since you should be initiating with majestic > barrage > affliction > coat + satchel + cold front combo, you shoot them with your barrage amped gun to finish them, no need to weave any shots between your burst since they may be able to escape the range of your abilities. You want to get Cooldown/Spirit Burn/Tankbuster trifecta as soon as you can to achieve walking nuke status so any more gun investment is just bad. You DO make use of your gun, it's really good, but only after your ability burst, unless you are ridiculously fed you won't be killing people in a single rotation so you'll have to chase them with your gun A LOT, cultist firerate + barrage amp gives it crazy dps, there's a reason why they gave him a shotgun.

Mainly, yes, but as I mentioned, once you get t3/t4 cooldown + enchanters it allows you to move around the map a lot and escape sticky situations with the shield if you can avoid taking damage for 5 seconds.
