It's best against bots since their weakpoints give you plenty of opportunities to kill in one shot which makes it significantly better than most other AT weapons. Its primary weakness is Bunker Turrets and Factory Striders, but otherwise it's great all around.

Less so against squids, but the ability to kill Fleshmobs in two shots is excellent. Same for being able to blow up Lightning Spires with one shot, and occasionally downing Stingrays. It sucks against everything else though, even Harvesters which require multiple shots to down after collapsing their shields.

Bros… I maxxed out all the weapons in the game. I saved the constitution and amendment for last because I wanted to adjust my control scheme for those.
As far as the amendment goes this thing fucks. Why did you guys not tell me you can set this thing to fire in 3 round bursts? You can panic fire it like an automatic weapon if you keep presssing the trigger. Recoil on it is fucked but other than that. (Put the 1.5x tube dot on that p.o.s.)

What I realized is all the weapons are pretty good more or less. There were several that I wasn’t a fan of thoughever.

None of these are bad per se and I could go into why I wasn’t a fan of them if anyone wants to know. Most of them because there’s better options in their category and/or I just wasn’t vibing with them.
But the pacifier fucks. Anyone that says it sucks just doesn’t understand it. One plink from the pacifier will freeze anything smaller than a charger in its tracks.
I like it for squid because it easily kills Watchers, one plink will freeze it in its place allowing for easy follow up shots. Shoots stingrays out of the sky easily. Freezes fleshmobs for an easy magdump kill. Same with overseers. They’re an easy magdump because they’re frozen in place and can’t shoot back at you, or plink 8 of them and put a 500 down. Shreds through harvesters…
It’s great on bots too because it’s a medpen AR so it 1-taps devs in the face or you can freeze a whole pack of chainsaw guys and shred through them with a mag or two while they’re frozen, it has a slight AOE so if you shoot a little bot and kill him the one next to him will be frozen.
Bugs is probably the worst but for diggers specifically it fucks, makes it easy to freeze a whole bug breach of spewers and have time to stop and reload and kill them all with the penetration.
You can tighten up its shot so much you can use it like a marksman rifle that stuns…
The pacifier fucks. Don’t forget to call anyone who says it sucks an absolute shitter.

Yeah a ton of bot missions(9 in total I think) + a new lava biome. The new missions are commando missions where when you drop in you're given one minute to call down stratagems then the destroyers leave essentially making them really difficult stealth missions where you don't have access to reds/greens and the more you have bot drops called in the higher the threat level rises. The warbond was custom made for these missions. There's some other missions as well like one where you have to pick up platinum bars and put them in a storage container which is reminiscent of the old evacuate civvie mission, really fun as well.

My point wasn't that it was cool because you can negate dying from fall damage, it's cool because you can get a good angle on a target while being on an elevated position, without giving it up by floating down, or floating up and being vulnerable. Spotted the brown person. Pick literally any other dog. Arc dog is the only one that consistantly TKs team mates. Dakka rarely even bites. Laser has gotten a lot better and at most its a slight glance. With Helldivers new fire resist it won't set you on fire typically so its annoying but not deadly. The Arc dog will 1 hit TPK friendly fuck in the middle of any kind of actual combat. It is a garbage dog and you're likely a pitty owner if you use one.

bring back the dogs for the automatons and make them ragdoll you at mach 5 across the map when they jump at you

I actually really enjoyed leveling the Pacifier. It's time to kill was slightly longer but it felt like I was punching the living shit out of everything I was shooting while doing it with the stun locking and stagger animation. Once I'm done with my holy 25/25 pilgrimage I may make it my primary.

Game just doesn't put enough shit in the way of a full squad that's well prepared to steamroll the entre map without even thinking. Something any set of players can do btw not just the 1000+ mission hours theorycrafting mega autists. It's so disappointing. Time pressure is a taste I acquired and I just don't get it anymore in this easy as fuck game. It feels feels most balanced in solos or duos where you can still get a feeling of needing to proceed smart and ration your risks if you want to earn a ride back to the destroyer. Imagine a co-op game that slowly loses its incentive for players to team up. Not making d11 is such a gay decision.

They should add a megacity defense mission where you blow up a giant tower to prevent intelligence from falling into enemy hands.
It should have a lobby, basement and working elevators that can go up to the top if you want. :)

If enough ordnance hits them they should just collapse straight down like the trees in jungle biomes already do just with more dust and maybe a mini sandstorm effect like on desert planets.
