Get luckier. Explode only on speed if you're struggling to cap it. The moment you see a bubble on speed pop it because the faster your team gains stats the faster you can level your facility. Ignore single rainbows in first/second year if you can't charge bubbles with them, the gains aren't worth it on level 3 and below facilities. Wit friendship training + arrows should be your top priority until third year, where you pivot to training the stats you want after your facilities hit level 4+

Alright this was the piece that was missing. If a training increases your trainee's stat AT ALL it increases the stats on the arrow training by a lot more. That's why wit spamming is useful b/c it bumps your speed rating faster, which gets you that level 5 facility even quicker than just hitting speed.
