I don't think that, I'm wishing that will soon be the case, there's many situations before where abuse and negligence occurs in care facilities, there's alot of books and videos surrounding this topic to bring that topic into light, it's a matter of bringing that awareness to those who aren't in the know, but the accessibility to that knowledge is facilitated by media and libraries, it takes one to specifically search for that to really figure out what has transpired before, recently on canadian news, their bringing afflicted people from mental health hospitals and investigating their treatment and civil cases that was dropped before, or at least that's the reality of what theyre presenting, and i pray things will bring proper healing and closure to the innocents that were treated like guinea pigs or worse,
