Firstly, sorry for the wait. Got caught up texting somebody. Secondly, I drew two cards because they were both positive so I wanted more insight.

This year will feel like an overflowing fountain of new opportunity to move when you find the right place, you'll think everything is fantastic but you'll actually run into a roadbump that is chock full of people deliberately trying to screw you over for their own gain. That's me, though I really should avoid thinking of myself as having it for the sake of recovery, right? I have to remind myself that I've been recovering steadily, but in July I had a week or so of scary symptoms of like being unable breathe and near-collapse. Most of the time it's painkillers and medication for nausea because I always vomit when I get migraines. I try to not take too much medication and the best relief is to sleep.

I had covid like 4 times, first time was the roughest so I sympathise with you regarding the after effects of it. But I am very anxious too and as awful as I feel sometimes, my results comes clear too. Last month I went to the hospital twice, unable to breathe, feeling sand in my lungs, and very low bp, almost fainted at the vet due to stress but the vitals were "ok". So yea the mind is way more powerful than we believe.

Whenever I start to feel anxious, I do a box breathing between 2 to 5 minutes, I put a soothing music and talk to God in my head about what is currently troubling me. Perhaps what troubles you the most is your mind, as all the fears of what you've been through still running strong in your nervous system and you react negatively at any signs of distress. I'm saying that your symptoms are not real, because I feel them too, but anxiety does fuck it up. Do you have any help with the psychological part? What do you do to help your mind?

I feel your pain, it sounds like you and I have had similar experiences. Was breathing night and day for you? It does very little for me, my breathing pattern is already "normal", I practice 4-6, box and 4-7-8 breathing all day to no avail. I think I might need to speak to a psychotherapist, my life is just totally out of alignment, I can't quite work out what to do about it. I just wish I could feel normal again, I took it for granted. I distinctly remember feeling content and at peace in March, but since then I've just felt absolutely off diametrically. I did have this after COVID in 2020 as well, it eventually faded, real shame I have to go through this again. I try to remind myself that people have problems that are so much worse and that I need to be grateful for that which I do have.

I hope you're feeling better now? Was there a turning point where you realised you felt relatively normal again?
