My first viewing of Madoka, Gurren Lagann, Black Lagoon, and Death Note must have been between then and 2013. It's kind of a blur to me but I know I was watching Attack on Titan while it was airing and wasn't watching dubs anymore after that and the previously mentioned shows I first watched dubbed.

I can get pretty indecisive with my top 9 too. Just go with what feels right at the moment and change your mind later for next time if you feel like it. If I'm talking in real life with someone and they ask for my top anime, I would probably try to stick closer to my personal favorite genres and intentionally omit any any shows that are best experienced after watching other stuff in the same franchise rather than being all over the place though.
