Second, Raigeki is hax. Not a normal electric attack. Nowhere in the card description is there a mention of a lightning bolt. Raigeki destroys all monsters your opponent controls. No questions asked. Unless Ash has Pokemon or items that can cancel out spell cards then Ash instantly loses
