To be fair, anyone with functioning brain cells knows Kratos gets atomized by Asura just yelling too loudly. It’s mainly why Krasura is the worst episode this season and a top contender for the worst in the entire show.

This is not even a hyperstomp. It’s just literally putting a large-building level guy against a multi-galaxy to universal dude. DB at least for the most part TRIES to make it look like a fight, which was why they went with “lore”tos. It’s like Miles vs Deku but ramped up 1000000x in Deku’s favor if you disregard fanfic Kratos. Kratos wouldn’t even be able to perceive Asura before he gets red misted instantly. Asura could just exert some mantra by getting mad and vaporize Kratos by accident. Even for only thematic reasons, the matchup is iffy because the only things they have in common are revenge and being fathers.

How do people wrap their heads around Kratos beating a guy who does this? I’m not talking about insane Kratosfags or powerscalers, I mean people who just play or watch the GOW and AW. What does it take for your mind to fabricate a reality where a guy who has not destroyed anything larger than a mountain with his own strength (and dies/gets heavily hurt from basic impalement) beating a guy who could scream and wipe out entire space armadas from that alone?
