>get up, take a piss, brush my teeth
>weigh myself (still victim weight)
>drink a scoop of whey with water (need the protein after fasting all night)
>put one of those teeth whitening UV kits in my mouth for 15 minutes (more brainrot on laptop during this time)
>it's saturday, micro needling day!
>get out my dermaroller (.25mm, bought it for my eye bags but I use it for my entire face anyways)
>micro needle until my entire face is red and everything hurts
>apply a peptide + caffeine cream to my eye bags (they're genetic, this + micro needling is my last cope before I have to get surgery or fillers)
now time for the fun part, pill stack:
>2 pills 5g creatine (muscle growth + cognition improvements, I take 4 pills total in a day)
>2 pills fish oil (2g total, helps cognition) (also choked on these and had a 3 minute long coughing fit)
>3 pills collagen peptides (might help eye bags when micro needling)
>2 pills NAC (has some anti aging shit)
>1 pill biotin + zinc + selenium (helps with hair density and growth)
>5 pills potassium citrate (probably a cope, helps with "debloating")
>1 pill 1mg finasteride (hair loss)
>1 pill 2.5mg minox (also for hair loss)
>go out, get some coffee (I dont like having breakfast)
>first meal of the day (3 hours after this) is a 1/3rd pound burger patty, slice of american cheese, 2 tablespoons guac, 4 eggs, and some gouda slices)
>today is arms day (triceps, biceps, + shoulders)
