Afterwards, the full clearance should be completed.

2. The legal stance on supplying enemy forces – To date, the Chief of Staff supports the absurd legal position that Israel is obligated to supply food, water, fuel, and equipment to the area where enemy forces operate, even while Israel enables the population sources of livelihood in adjacent areas. The shocking and immoral implication is that the Chief of Staff sends soldiers to the front with one hand and with the other strengthens the enemy fighting them on the same front. The price in lives we have paid over the last 21 months is a threat, and the Defense Minister must under no circumstances approve again a plan that continues to operate in this way.
