The movie just looks ugly. The aliens are ugly. The backgrounds are hideous. Every single screenshot I see has the backgrounds as a bunch of blue and purple swirls.

I don't want to see beanface as characters. I don't want to see aliens that look like tapeworms and bedbugs. And I don't want to see a bunch of swirls as backgrounds.

I don't feel like spending money on this art style. This is wait for streaming art style, and even then, I will probably end up skipping the movie.

The backgrounds don't look appealing either. I don't remember anything about the backgrounds from the previews other than Blue and purple blobs. Zootopia had highly iconic backgrounds of the city of Zootopia.
